01 / Profile

For nearly two decades, Shayne has built a genuine passion for creating bold, impactful brand experiences through leadership that solves real problems for internal teams and stakeholders. His experience spans healthcare to entertainment, developing a director and designer skill set grounded in integrity and conviction.

At The Tombras Group, he spent fourteen years as a Design and Creative Director, growing alongside an agency that scaled from 100 to 450 people and $100M to $400M in revenue. He managed an internal art team, owned more than $1M in annual production budgets, and directed campaigns for McDonald's, Coca-Cola, and Walmart that reached hundreds of millions of people nationally.

Today, through Redemption Branding, he sets creative strategy, leads a network of freelance designers and art directors, and works with clients to craft brand identities, design experiential environments, oversee photo and video productions, and bring large-scale visual systems to life across platforms and locations.

“I'm a creative leader who has spent nearly two decades building teams, defining creative vision, solving business problems, and leading multidisciplinary work. And I happen to be able to design the hell out of it myself.”

How He Leads

Building DesignLab from the ground up.

At Tombras, creative teams were producing strong concepts but lacked the design execution to match, and freelance costs were climbing. Shayne built DesignLab, a dedicated in-house team of 10+ art directors and designers whose sole purpose was to elevate the creative output of every team in the agency, structured around locking creative direction early and building detailed briefs so the team was aligned before touching a pixel.

The result: a team that could handle anything from typography and logo design to animation and traditional advertising, meaningfully reducing dependence on outside freelance talent.
